Wine, oil and typical food tasting in the winery
The UPAL Cooperative has a tasting area created in order to surprise all the palates of its guests with various tastings. It is possible to be assisted on different wines and oils tastings, matched with traditional local products, to discover together all the gastronomic specialty of the Itria Valley.
At the end of the tasting experience it is possible to visit the cellar with the explanation of fermentation, vinification, refinement and bottling steps of our wines.
During the visit a manager will also explain the history of the Cooperative and how it has grown and also the lifecycle of grapes, in order to give a full experience to the guests.
