Superior category oil produced from Italian olives selected by our members and processed at our oil mill. Extra virgin olive oil is obtained from the pressing of carefully selected olives picked by hand from olive trees grown in the Cisternino area, processed with traditional techniques, but with innovative systems that guarantee greater quality and hygiene than those used in the past. The processing done with advanced technology enhances the organoleptic characteristics without changing the excellent and well-known healthy and nutritional qualities.
The green-gold “Upal” extravirgin olive oil, with an almond flavor, a delicate fruity smell and a strong taste, is among the best national extra virgin olive oils.
