Also known as the Red Olive of the Itria Valley, Cerasola is a variety grown in Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Locorotondo, Alberobello and Martina Franca, where it finds the ideal pedoclimatic characteristics to express itself to its potential. The extra virgin olive oil from Cerasola has medium bitter and spicy sensations, is intensely fruity and complex from an organoleptic point of view, characterized by herbaceous notes, artichoke, green almond. Ideal to accompany aromatic and spicy dishes, cooked and raw vegetables, bruschetta, legume dishes. Brown label.
