Superior category oil produced from Italian olives selected by our members and processed at our oil mill. Very rustic variety and resistant to climatic adversities. The extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Leccino variety has a medium content of polyphenols, which results in medium bitter and spicy sensations. The intensity of the fruit is also medium, even if of good finesse; it is often associated with notes of aromatic herbs, artichoke, sometimes a note of blackberry. It is associated with simple dishes of the Mediterranean tradition, seafood dishes, the typical Apulian frize, grilled vegetables, salads. Suitable for infant nutrition. Green label.
